Our head chef began his sushi career at the age of 20 and has over 13 years of professional sushi experience. He completed culinary training in Japan before building his career at some of Vancouver's most respected restaurants, including Miku, Minami, and JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Every dish reflects years of dedication to authentic Japanese techniques, quality ingredients, and exceptional hospitality.
